2. What this website does and does not do
This website is a static information page. It:
- does not use cookies or similar technologies;
- does not use analytics, tracking, advertising or social-media plugins;
- does not load external scripts, fonts or other third-party resources;
- has no forms, user accounts or comment functions.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit it, the hosting infrastructure technically processes data that your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, browser type and referrer. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors or to create profiles. The data may be processed on servers in several countries, including outside Hong Kong and the EU/UK, for example in the United States. Cloudflare processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us (for example your name, contact details and message) only to answer your enquiry. We keep it only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and as required by law. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if your enquiry concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to external websites, for example our brand shops. Their operators are responsible for their own data processing; please read their privacy policies.
6. Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
